These Terms of Service govern your use of AkcaVPN. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You can access the VPN either by owning an AkcaVPN NFT on the Solana blockchain or by purchasing a Serial Number plan. Don't use the service for illegal activities. We operate a strict no-logs policy and respect your privacy, but we reserve the right to terminate access for abuse. All sales are final. Estonian law applies.
By accessing or using AkcaVPN (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Akca Network OU (Registry Code 17404115), a company registered in Estonia.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using AkcaVPN, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AkcaVPN. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
AkcaVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service operated by Akca Network OU. The Service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy and security online.
AkcaVPN provides two methods of access:
AkcaVPN uses the WireGuard protocol, a modern, high-performance VPN protocol designed for simplicity and speed.
AkcaVPN is designed to protect your privacy and security. It is not designed, intended, or authorized for use in connection with any illegal activity. We provide privacy tools for legitimate use cases: protecting sensitive communications, securing public Wi-Fi connections, and exercising your right to online privacy.
To access AkcaVPN via NFT, you must own a valid AkcaVPN NFT in a Solana-compatible wallet. Your wallet signature serves as authentication. No account registration is required.
Serial numbers are generated on auth.akca.network. Each serial number is a unique 16-digit identifier. No email address, username, or password is required. The serial number itself is your sole credential.
You are solely responsible for:
If you lose access to your wallet private keys or your serial number, we cannot recover them for you. There is no password reset or account recovery process. Store your credentials securely.
AkcaVPN NFTs are standard Solana SPL tokens. As the owner, you have full control over your NFT:
Akca Network OU is not responsible for secondary market transactions. We do not guarantee any resale value for AkcaVPN NFTs. Prices on secondary markets are determined entirely by market participants.
Blockchain risks: Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks, including but not limited to transaction failures, network congestion, and smart contract vulnerabilities. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using NFT-based access.
Serial number access plans are paid via credit card through Stripe, our payment processor. All payment processing is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
NFT-based plans are paid in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency) at the time of NFT minting. The transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain.
No refunds are provided due to the nature of VPN services and NFT minting. Once a serial number is activated or an NFT is minted, the transaction cannot be reversed. We encourage you to review the service details before purchase.
Prices for AkcaVPN plans may change at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions, which will be honored at the price paid at the time of purchase.
You agree not to use AkcaVPN for any of the following prohibited activities:
AkcaVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, log, or inspect your traffic. However, if we receive valid legal complaints or court orders, we may be required to take action, which can include terminating access.

AkcaVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for reliability but make no guarantees regarding:
We perform scheduled maintenance to keep the service running smoothly. Where possible, we provide advance notice of planned downtime. We operate on a best-effort SLA basis.

Open-source components: AkcaVPN uses open-source software, including the WireGuard protocol. These components retain their respective open-source licenses (e.g., GPLv2 for WireGuard). Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under those licenses.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of AkcaVPN's proprietary client software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law (e.g., EU Directive 2009/24/EC).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your privacy is fundamental to our service. AkcaVPN is built on a foundation of minimal data collection by design.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AkcaVPN if:
You may stop using AkcaVPN at any time. No cancellation process is required. Simply stop using the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we make material changes:
Your continued use of AkcaVPN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply (e.g., the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), those provisions shall prevail over any conflicting terms herein. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as an EU consumer.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of AkcaVPN:
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for alternative resolution.
