Please write down your serial number or secure your wallet keys in a safe place. We cannot recover lost serial numbers or wallet private keys. There is no password reset or account recovery process.
AkcaVPN NFTs are standard Solana SPL tokens. You may freely transfer, sell, or trade your NFT. VPN access transfers with the NFT to the new holder.
Akca Network OU is not responsible for secondary market transactions or resale value. Blockchain interactions carry inherent risks including transaction failures and network congestion. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using NFT-based access.

AkcaVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, log, or inspect your traffic. However, if we receive valid legal complaints or court orders, we may be required to take action, which can include terminating access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal orders, or if your use poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users. You may stop using the service at any time without a formal cancellation process.
We want you to remain anonymous when using our service. It is our policy to never store any activity logs or metadata and to have as minimal data retention as possible.

Despite our best efforts, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. You are solely responsible for your use of the service.
Akca Network OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Akca Network OU is not liable for blockchain transaction failures, loss of funds due to wallet compromise or user error, changes in cryptocurrency value, or smart contract vulnerabilities in third-party protocols.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Where mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply, those provisions shall prevail.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be handled by the Estonian courts, with the city of Tallinn as the court of first instance. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
