Earn Pro Perk Terms

These terms govern the AkcaVPN+ membership that Superteam Earn Pro members claim at akcavpn.com/earn (the “Perk”). They add to, and where they differ they override, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for this offer only. By claiming the Perk you accept these terms.
1.What you get
- 3 months (90 days) of AkcaVPN+ from the moment you claim it.
- Unlimited data for normal use (see fair use below).
- Use on up to 3 devices, on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Solana Seeker.
Your 16-digit serial key is your only credential. There is no email or password recovery, so whoever holds the serial holds the membership. Keep it safe.
When the 3 months end, nothing renews and nothing is charged. You keep the app and move to the free plan (100 MB a day), or you can continue on AkcaVPN+ for $5.99 a month.
2.Who can claim it
The Perk is for Superteam Earn Pro members, one per Earn profile. To claim it you enter your Earn username and sign in with the GitHub or X account linked on that profile. We read the profile's public page on superteam.fun to see that it is Pro and which accounts it links to, and from GitHub or X we only read the username of the account you sign in with, to check that it matches.
Claiming for a profile that isn't yours, claiming more than once, or scripting the claim flow is not allowed, and memberships created that way may be cancelled. The number of Perks is limited; once they are all claimed, the offer closes.
3.Fair use
Unlimited means we don't meter normal use: browsing, streaming, calls, work on hotel and conference Wi-Fi. We only step in when an account looks like it isn't one person using a VPN. If an account goes past 50 GB in a month and the traffic shows abuse at high volume, for example torrenting, reselling access, or running servers or bulk automated traffic through it, Akca Network OÜ may cancel the membership. The Perk is free, so there is no refund.
As always, it is for lawful use only, and the serial is not for resale or commercial sharing.
4.What we record
AkcaVPN is a strict no-logs VPN, and that does not change for your browsing. For this Perk only, we keep two things: a one-way keyed hash of your Earn username, so each profile can claim once, and the IP address you claim from, so the offer can't be farmed.
The hash is not stored with your VPN account, so it can't be used to find which membership a profile claimed. We don't keep anything from GitHub or X: the sign-in is used once to read the username and then dropped, and we never post anything or see your email. The IP is not linked to your browsing or traffic, is not sold or shared, and is kept only as long as needed to run and protect the offer, then deleted. The monthly data figure behind fair use is a counter on your account, not a log of what you did.
5.Email (optional)
When you claim the Perk you can ask us to email your serial to an address you give. If you do, we use that address once to send it and do not store it or link it to your membership. Leaving it blank is fine; your serial is always shown on screen.
6.Changes and availability
The offer is provided “as is”, with no warranty, and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Server locations, speeds and features may vary. Memberships already claimed keep their 3 months unless they break these terms.
7.Who we are and contact
The service is provided by Akca Network OÜ (Estonia). The Perk is offered by Akca Network to Superteam Earn Pro members; Superteam does not run the service and pays nothing for it. Except as changed here, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Questions: contact@akca.network.
