Questions
What is this for?
Some AkcaVPN events have a line on the sign-up form for members. Paste the ID there and we match it to your membership.
Where is my serial key?
The 16-digit number you sign in with. It's in the app under your account and on dash.akca.network.
Why an ID and not my serial?
The serial is your login, so it shouldn't sit in a form. The ID is a random code we keep next to your account. It isn't made from the serial, and nobody can sign in with it.
I'm on the free plan, or my membership ended
The ID is only issued to AkcaVPN+ members, and it's checked again on the day. Get AkcaVPN+ or renew in the app, then come back.
