Summit Membership Terms
Applies only to the free AkcaVPN membership offered to Solana Summit Belgrade attendees. Last updated 20 August 2026.
These terms govern the free promotional AkcaVPN membership created at akcavpn.com/summit/create (the “Summit Membership”). They add to, and where they differ they override, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for this offer only. By creating a Summit Membership you accept these terms.
1.What you get
- 3 months (90 days) of AkcaVPN access from the moment you create the membership.
- A 50 GB per calendar month fair-use data allowance.
- Use on up to 2 devices.
- Access to the standard AkcaVPN network and apps (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).
Your 16-digit serial is your only credential. There is no email or password recovery, so whoever holds the serial holds the membership. Keep it safe.
2.Eligibility & fair distribution
The offer is intended for Solana Summit Belgrade attendees, one membership per person. Creating multiple memberships, automating or scripting the creation flow, or otherwise farming the offer is prohibited and may result in the affected memberships being cancelled without notice.
3.Fair use & prohibited use
The Summit Membership is for personal, lawful use. You may not:
- use it for any unlawful activity, or to infringe others’ rights;
- run torrents / peer-to-peer file sharing, or use it to host servers, relays, or automated bulk traffic;
- resell, share commercially, or redistribute the membership or serial;
- attempt to exceed or circumvent the 50 GB/month allowance or the device limit.
Exceeding the 50 GB monthly allowance pauses data until the 1st of the next month; the membership itself is not terminated for hitting the cap. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any Summit Membership that breaches these terms, including torrent, abuse, or farming, at our discretion and without refund (the membership is free).
4.Abuse-prevention data (important)
AkcaVPN doesn't keep a record of what you do online, and that does not change here. However, because these free memberships are open to create, we record, for Summit Memberships only, the IP address used to create the membership and the IP address seen on its first logins. This is used solely to detect and prevent abuse of the free offer (e.g. mass farming, resale, prohibited use).
This abuse-prevention data is limited to sign-up and early-login IPs, is not linked to your browsing or traffic, is not sold or shared for marketing, and is retained only for as long as needed to administer and protect the offer, after which it is deleted. It does not apply to our standard plans, which are covered by What we keep.
5.Email (optional)
At creation you may optionally ask us to email your serial to an address you provide. If you do, we use that address once to send the serial and do not store it or link it to your membership. Leaving the email blank is completely fine, since your serial is always shown on screen.
6.Changes, availability & warranty
The offer is provided “as is”, with no warranty, and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time. Availability of specific servers, speeds, and features may vary. Nothing here creates any obligation to provide the service beyond the promotional period.
