How people join

People enter their work emailOn the sign-in page, under Continue with work email. Nobody makes an account first.

They open the link and they’re inThe email holds a link that works once. Accept, and the seat is theirs, with no key to type.
You can also invite people by address, or share one team link with the people who should have it.
Seats and billing

Questions
Which apps can they use?
The AkcaVPN apps on iPhone, Mac, Windows, Android and Seeker, on every location with no daily limit. They sign in with their key, or with the Solana wallet that holds the seat.
Can someone keep the key they already have?
Yes. They sign in with it first and then accept the invite, so the seat lands on the account they already use.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their seat is free for the next person. Their key keeps working on Free, or on time they paid for themselves.
Do we get invoices with VAT?
Every payment has a receipt in the dashboard with your company’s name, address and VAT number on it. Card payments also come with Stripe’s invoice PDF.
Can we pay in crypto?
Yes, in SOL, USDC or SKR from a wallet. A crypto payment covers the period you choose and doesn’t renew by itself, so we email your billing address a week and a day before it ends.
Is there a minimum?
Three seats. A team can have up to 200.
